Olivia is a rock star medical assistant who you'll find assisting Morghan when you visit the clinic! Born, raised & clinically trained in Western Washington, Olivia has spent her healthcare career searching for a practice model that would provide continuity of care & would actually prioritize the personal needs of each patient. Her quest to find this ideal practice setting proved frustrating & resulted in Olivia's attempts to craft the space herself within the practices she has served in the past. As everyone on your Chinn GYN team knows, however, a single person, no matter how dedicated, is not capable of changing the nature of a monstrous healthcare system that demands clinical compliance with rigid rules & prioritizes productivity over patients. Olivia wound her way to us because of these frustrations with the systems that exist, & we could not be more thrilled to have her bring her big heart & her commitment to quality to serve our innovative practice model. Outside of her working hours, Olivia enjoys showing her dogs & working on their agility training, spending time with friends, & advocating for marginalized populations.
