After noticing the office as I drove past, I ventured in on an open house. Every staff member has been welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Melissa Chinn cares deeply about the people who come through her doors. She put me right at ease. Whether it is a specifically “female” medical issue or something like cracked, painful heels, she treats the whole person. New technology makes muscle strength for abs, back pain, core and pelvic floor as easy as sitting or lying down. I’m very happy with the progress on my inner strength. It is well worth doing. Family members have gone for metabolic weight loss (Best in County for a reason!) and for skin issues. I learned about the laser treatment which will resolve my painful, cracked heels. I’m in! Our health and quality of life matter deeply. Thank you very much, Dr. Melissa Chinn!!!

I cannot express how much I love coming to the clinic and seeing all these wonderful people. Morghan is awesome every time I see her and she really does care about you as a whole. This was the first time feeling like an individual at a medical appointment and not just a patient with medical complaints. I had the full appointment time with Dr. Chinn with no pressure to rush and plenty of chances to ask questions and discuss my health. Dr. Chinn made the time to listen to my health concerns, explain how my health concerns may relate to what I’m experiencing, and thoroughly discuss what the next steps were in regard to tests and evaluation. Dr. Chinn didn’t skip to treatment options, the focus was to get the appropriate test done before moving forward. It was really refreshing to experience such personal healthcare that focused on my input, provided me with feedback I understood, and a clear plan moving towards better health. I would recommend Chinn GYN, LLC to anyone looking for exceptional, personable healthcare.

Dr. Chinn got me in right away and was incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t say enough positive things about the entire staff. My regular provider is Morghan and she is fabulous as well. If you’re not a primary patient- do it!

Morgan and staff show both interest in and care for me, which is not limited to my reason for a doctor’s appointment. Though we have no relationship outside of their medical practice, I feel like we are sisters, and could share anything with them. And I doubt I could find better care, with any competitor. Whenever I’ve considered procedures not available at their practice, I look for and valueChinnGYN’s opinion! Indeed, Morgan has helped me to take large strides in being comfortable as the woman I am.

Morghan was so calm, answered all my questions, didn’t judge, and got on my level to talk to me like a friend the entire office felt very inviting and calming. I felt a sense of peace after talking to Morghan and her giving me all possible outcomes.

Morghan is extremely knowledgeable and eager to share that knowledge with you. She takes her time, happily answers questions and proactively addresses concerns. As with Dr. Chinn, nothing is off limits which makes it very easy to talk with them and I am always met where I am, with compassion and care. I leave feeling seen and heard as a complete human, never just a set of symptoms or a number to rush out the door, as I have with too many other doctors. They set the bar high and I hope to always have access to their practice because it’s made a huge impact on my life and health.
